The Panthers turned in with a sensational performance against the newly formed Flintshire Falcons at the Meadows playing fields.

Panthers came in to the match hoping to keep up their unbeaten run and got off to a great start when centre Paul Sellwood jinked his way through the line to score the first try. Soon after Sellwood was involved again after offloading in the tackle for Robinson to score his second try of the season, converted by full back Lewys Weaver, returning to action after being part of the winning Wales Students side.

Flintshire then hit back through a try to the right of the posts after good work from the prop forward. Panthers soon hit back with a try from Jon O'Shea after a wonderful run through the Falcons right hand defence.

Flintshire hit back again wide right after consecutive penalties given away by the Panthers outfit. Lewys Weaver was sin binned for dissent towards the referee and the Falcons continued to press but the Panthers defence stood strong and kept the Falcons out.

Howeell-Smith then completed a wonderful move from left to right to grab his first try of the season closely followed by Jack Higgins' second try of the season after a beautiful pass from Blackmore. The score was 22-8 Panthers at half time.

In the second half the Panthers pressed on and continued to pose a threat to the Falcons defence scoring back to back tries from two Blackmore kicks for Collinge and Weaver to score respectively, Weaver converting both tries.

Straight from the kick off Cunningham caught the ball and made a superb break wide right to find support in Paul Sellwood to go over and score his second hat-trick of the season.

Panthers added scores through Collinge, Robinson and Lloyd who had a very impressive game for the Panthers. Weaver converted two of the tries. The fine display was capped off by a wonderful individual effort from man of the match Lewys Weaver who grubbered through to collect himself, stepped the winger and rounded off the full back to score under the posts to convert.
