Big matches to enjoy this Wednesday

There are big games in North and South Wales to enjoy tonight.

There are big games in North and South Wales to enjoy tonight.

In the North, at the Glyndwr University Racecourse Stadium in Wrexham, it’s the second round of the Student Four Nations Championships.

The Auld Enemy clash kicks it all off at 5pm when England take on Scotland before Wales play Ireland at 7pm.

In the first matches on Monday, Wales beat Scotland 74-4 and England won 58-12 over Ireland.

Wins for the English and Welsh tonight will set up a battle royale at The Racecourse on Friday in a conclusion that no Rugby League will want to miss.

Be there tonight. Admission to both games is just £6 for adults, £4 concessions, £18 for a family of four and free for under 7s.

Meanwhile in Treharris in South Wales, two of the Welsh Conference Premier’s strongest teams meet for the very first time when Valley Cougars take on Bonymaen Broncos.

Both teams are unbeaten so far with two wins from two with the Broncos currently leading the table on points difference.

So the winner of this match will be top of the table before Saturday’s games. Kick-off is 7.30pm. Admission is free.
