Become a Community Coach in North Wales

Crusaders require a full-time Community Coach due to the increasing community programmes within North Wales.

Community Coach Full Time

Salary circa £17,500

Reporting to the Community Manager the Community Rugby League Coach will be responsible for delivering a wide range of Crusaders and Wales Rugby League community programmes within North Wales.  The majority of the role will focus on the delivery of rugby league coaching at grassroots level in primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, community groups and community amateur clubs. The role will also involve working in the English neighbouring counties and boroughs including working with the North Wales Crusaders development squads and supporting Crusaders and WRL at tournaments and event days.

You will have experience in coaching children and young people, Knowledge and experience of community Rugby League and the ability to prioritise work effectively in order to achieve short, medium and long term objectives.

You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, hold strong organisational skills and hold good administrative skills. You must have a motivated, enthusiastic personality and be able to inspire others whilst having the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

The post holder must be level 2 UKCC Rugby League qualified and hold a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
