Around the Leagues: September 6-8

We take a look at how senior Wales internationals got on with their club sides across the globe in our latest Around the Leagues report.

In Super League, both Regan Grace and Morgan Knowles were on the scoresheet for St Helens in their 48-6 victory over Huddersfield Giants.

Gil Dudson started for Salford Red Devils in their 20-12 win at Leeds Rhinos.

Current Wales skipper Elliot Kear, Rhys Williams and Matty Fozard all starred for London Broncos in their last-gasp 20-16 success at Hull Kingston Rovers. 

Former captain Craig Kopczak, who has now retired from international rugby league, featured for Wakefield Trinity in their 23-16 loss at Warrington Wolves.

In the Championship, meanwhile, Dan Fleming and Connor Davies were both interchanges for Halifax in their 14-8 defeat at home to York City Knights. 

Dalton Grant and Rhys Evans were in John Kear's Bradford Bulls side for their 82-0 win at Rochdale Hornets, with the former grabbing a hat-trick from the wing. 

Mike Butt, Gavin Bennion, Rhodri Lloyd and Ben Morris all had run-outs for Swinton Lions in their 48-16 victory over Sheffield Eagles, with Bennion and Morris both getting on the scoresheet. 

Ben Evans scored a try from the bench for Toulouse Olympique in their 26-24 success at Featherstone Rovers.

Jake Emmitt started for Leigh Centurions in their 46-12 defeat at Toronto Wolfpack.

In League 1, Calvin Wellington, Sean Penkywicz and Sam Hopkins all starred for Workington Town in their 30-4 loss at home to Doncaster. 

Rob Massam scored a brace in North Wales Crusaders' 36-18 victory over London Skolars.

Over in Australia, James Olds kicked two goals for West Brisbane Panthers in their 38-20 defeat to Valleys Diehards in the Brisbane Premiership.

Tyson Frizell, who has now switched to represent home country Australia, started for St George Illawarra Dragons in their 24-16 success over Gold Coast Titans.
