Around the Leagues: April 27-28

In our latest Around the Leagues report, we take a look at how senior Wales internationals have been performing with their clubs throughout the divisions.

In Super League, Ben Flower started at prop for Wigan Warriors in their 6-4 victory over Castleford Tigers.

Regan Grace was on the wing for leaders St Helens in their 50-14 win over Catalans Dragons.

Rhys Williams scored a try for London Broncos in their 30-10 defeat at home to Huddersfield Giants. 

In the Championship, meanwhile, Matt James featured for Sheffield Eagles in their 32-24 loss to Halifax, who named Chester Butler, Dan Fleming and twins Connor and Curtis Davies in their side. Butler grabbed two tries on his return to action and was Fax's man of the match. 

Jake Emmitt starred for Leigh Centurions in their 36-16 success at Batley Bulldogs.

Mike Butt, Rhodri Lloyd and Gavin Bennion all had run-outs for Swinton Lions in their 52-10 defeat at Toronto Wolfpack. Butt was on the scoresheet, while Bennion ran the length of the field to set up a try.

Dalton Grant featured on the wing for John Kear's Bradford Bulls in their 52-16 win over Rochdale Hornets, who named Ben Morris in the centres.

In League 1, Sam Hopkins was an interchange for Workington Town in their 32-26 loss at Keighley Cougars.

Marcus Webb, who has represented Wales below first-team level, was a try-scorer for Hunslet in their 42-26 defeat to London Skolars.

Rob Massam had a run-out for North Wales Crusaders in their 12-10 win at Doncaster.

Ashley Bateman and Morgan Evans both featured for West Wales Raiders in their 72-8 loss at home to Oldham. Liam Rice-Wilson, who was part of last autumn's senior Wales squad, was also in the Raiders' side.

Over in Australia, Josh Ralph scored a try from the halves for Easts Tigers in their 16-12 win over Redcliffe Dolphins in the Queensland Cup.

James Olds was also on the scoresheet for West Brisbane Panthers in their 30-28 success over Valley Diehards in the Brisbane Premiership.
