World Cup Qualifier - work underway at Stebonheath
Huge pitch improvements and stand development work underway
The build up to the World Cup qualifier in Parc Stebonheath, Llanelli continues with painting of the main stand and the stripping and reseeding of the pitch in order to have a quality playing surface for the game on Saturday the 15th of October this year.
The playing surface at this moment is being stripped off, reseeded and re-levelled with no sporting activities planned to be played on the pitch for the next 5 weeks. The groundsmen will be working very hard on the surface with over 60 tonnes of top soil and special sand mix going on to the surface with quality seed and special germination sheet to ensure quick growth in the hard worn areas, culminating in a lush playing surface.
Each week the staff behind the scenes are working constantly to ensure that the fixture will be a success both on and off the field.
Tickets for Wales v Serbia at Parc Stebonheath in Llanelli on Saturday 15th October (kick-off 6pm) are now on sale.
Tickets are priced from the very affordable £10 for adults, £8 concessions and £5 for children with seating starting at £12 for adults. Group discounts and family tickets are also available.
