ENGLAND NAME SINFIELD AS CAPTAIN

ENGLAND NAME SINFIELD AS CAPTAIN

15th October 2012, 13:56

LEEDS Rhinos ace Kevin Sinfield will captain England in the Tri-Nations Series, starting with the Test against Wales on October 27 at Wrexham's Glyndwr University Racecourse Ground.

Sinfield takes over from Jamie Peacock who announced his international retirement in the summer.

Meanwhile, Wales are in camp in North Wales as they get ready to travel to France on Thursday for the opening match of the Series against Les Bleus in Lens.

Reports from 'Base Camp' are that the squad are being put through good hard sessions by the coaching staff and everything is on course for Saturday.
